Race Entry Race Entry is now online here, We will be taking entries on the day, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARRIVE BEFORE 10AM IF YOU WANT TO REGISTER ON THE DAY Entry is €45, The race is also open to relay teams at €75 Each. If you are not a TI member, you will need to purchase a one day licence (ODL) off the Triathlon Ireland webiste for €15   
Race Route - The Swim 1.5km The Swim is two laps of a 750 meter course in front of Carlingford Sailing Club Race Route - The Cycle 40km The Cycle is 2 laps of a "mostly" flat course. Once you leave transition its straight out the road to Greenore for a turnaround, from then its out to the Bush for another turnaround taking in a few small inclines, back to Carlingford, and then complete this loop again. Race Route - The Run 10km All Flat, straight out and back 5km to Greenore and 5 km back, a nice easy finish to your race!
