Saturday will start at 7am and finish at 5.30-6pm. Sunday 7.15am to 12.30 – 1pm.
This session will suit beginner to intermediate level and anyone that wants a bit of fun and quality training!! The weekend will be run from Felda and open to all Setanta members

Shower and changing facilities will be available in Felda for the weekend.
Lunch will be included on the Saturday
The full cost for the weekend will be €50 ( this includes lunch on sat. )
All cycles and running training will be held out doors weather permitting!! If not we will resort to spinning bikes and treadmills ( will only happen if the weather is really bad) please take wet gear in-case it is a little damp.
On Saturday we will need a few cars to travel to our run destination, we will share where possible.
